Fête de la Gastronomie

In collaboration with VegOresto, La Mirande's chef Florent Pietravalle, will present a gastronomic menu 100% vegan for the "Fête de la Gastronomie". This event takes place on September 22nd 2017 at 7:30pm at La Mirande.

The vegan menu is the following:

Puff pastry brioche, potato mille-feuilles, celery ball and tagetes from Mexico

Cooked red beet in meat texture, herb crust with soja cream, herbs and juice

Kir royal  "La Mirande" way

La ronde de Bordeaux: roasted fig from Mr. Baud with thym citron and fig sorbet
