Recapture the past (Downton flair) for 2 or 3 nights in a deluxe double room or a grand deluxe double room and enjoy the ambiance of two completely opposite dining experiences, one classic and elegant in our gourmet restaurant and its array of luxurious reception rooms (chef: Florent Pietravalle) and the other, downstairs, in the servants’ quarters by sharing a table and a set menu with other guests in the 19th century period kitchen where the meal is prepared in front of you on the original wood fired oven (chef: Séverine Sagnet).
