You are welcome seven days a week for lunch and dinner in the Louis XV-style garden room with its Venetian chandeliers, in the garden or on the terrace adjacent to the Palais des Papes.
The hotel garden adds to the restaurant's charm with its wonderful display of hedges of various species, fruit trees, holm oaks, laurels, roses and culinary herbs for the chef's use.
The chef offers bistronomic cuisine that is light and flavourful. In a constant quest for authenticity and good taste, La Mirande in Avignon now uses organic produce for its catering, in line with the move towards a more ecological world. As for wines, the list gives pride of place to the fine estates of Provence.
