A “relaxed” way to explore two opposite styles of eating at La Mirande, one upstairs in our excellent gourmet restaurant awarded a Michelin star in 2019 showcasing the delicious cuisine of Chef Florent Pietravalle, the other downstairs where the meal, based of local and organic products of Provence, is cooked in accordance with our credo “from farm to table”, in a warm and congenial atmosphere.
The latter is our very popular “table d’hôte” dinner in the old kitchen for up to 14 guests with the meal prepared on one end of the massive kitchen table and cooked on of the original wood-fired cast iron kitchen range.
