Every ice cream is made entirely from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Sophie trained in Italy to master this craft and now brings it to La Mirande using fresh milk and seasonal fruit from the Vaucluse.

The ice cream parlour has its own street entrance, making it the perfect stop for a gourmet break in the city. Ice creams can also be enjoyed in the bar lounges or in the hotel's peaceful garden.
