Discover two styles of cuisine within our establishment: one upstairs in our gourmet restaurant, where our chef serves multi-course menus, and the other downstairs, where the hotel's former head chef, Thomas Longuesserre, prepares a three-course menu in front of guests (maximum 12 guests) on a 19th-century wood-burning stove, in keeping with our philosophy of ‘from the field to the plate’.
