The gourmet restaurant is an entity in its own right. At La Mirande, the days follow one another in a rhythm marked by true gastronomic moments, where all the arts of the table converge. Nothing is left to chance. The table is a setting where the textures, shapes and colours of the objects and the food you are invited to taste combine to delight the eye before delighting the palate – as if nature's products had been observed and admired in their simplicity before becoming part of the recipe, however sophisticated and lovingly concocted, in order to preserve their integrity. The paradox is knowing how much energy is required to achieve such a result!
